2012 Holiday Domestic Shipping Cutoff Dates:
First Class: December 20th
Priority: December 21st
Express: December 22nd
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that at this time we offer different shipping options for orders.
For orders to Canada, we charge a flat rate of $13. Orders to Canada usually take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.
If something is wrong with your product or it has been damaged, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. After you contact us we will let you how to return your order for an exchange, credit or refund.
If after you receive your order you change your mind and decide you do not want it, let us know. We will let you return the item and will offer you an exchange, credit or refund. We will only charge you for shipping, there are no restocking fees.
In the event you return a product that received free shipping, we will deduct the cost of the shipping from your refund.
Regarding your privacy, we are a small business and do not share any personal information with anyone. We value your privacy and our credibility and customers trust is what keeps us in business. We would never do anything to jeopardize that.
We are very responsive to both emails and calls. In most cases we will get back to you within 6 hours (during normal business hours) if not sooner.
