Shipping and Returns

Returns Policy

If something is wrong with your product or it has been damaged, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. After you contact us we will let you how to return your order for an exchange, credit or refund.

If after you receive your order you change your mind and decide you do not want it, let us know. We will let you return the item and will offer you an exchange, credit or refund. We will only charge you for shipping, there are no restocking fees.

Shipping

Currently we only ship to the United States and Canada.  If you live in another country and would like to place an order please contact us via email. 

Please also note that at this time we charge a flat shipping rate on domestic orders of $4.85.  This rate applies if you order 1 product or 10 products.  For shipments to Canada, we charge a flat rate of $11.85 and do not offer free shipping for orders over $50.00.

All domestic orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 3 business days.  Orders to Canada can take anywhere from 6 to 10 days to arrive.

Your Privacy

Regarding your privacy, we are a small business and do not share any personal information with anyone. We value your privacy and our credibility and customers trust is what keeps us in business. We would never do anything to jeopardize that.

We are very responsive to both emails and calls. In most cases we will get back to you within 6 hours (during normal business hours) if not sooner.
